LPA observed 11 children in care with the Licensee and 1 assistant. Adults that reside in the home include the Licensee and licensee's husband. This family child care home operates Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM.

This is a two-story duplex, Licensee resides on the 1st floor which consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 ½ restroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, garage (detached), basement, and backyard (fenced).

Based on the Facility Sketch submitted, areas off-limits to children and parents are 3 bedrooms, ½ bathroom, basement, detached garage, and kitchen.

The backyard is used for daycare outdoor play. LPA observed the backyard area to be fenced. There are age-appropriate toys and play equipment on site.
