25 | On March 9, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Gabriela Gallardo who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 5 children in care. Per licensee there are 9 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM.
This is a one story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, kitchen, garage, front yard, and backyard (fenced). The children use the living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, family room, 1 bathroom, and back yard (fenced). Off limits to parents and children include: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, front yard, and garage. The licensee has child size beds for children to sleep on and a crib for infants. LPAs observed sleep log for infants in care. LPA observed toddlers beds and cribs that are used for napping.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides lunch, dinner and snacks. LPA observed a functioning Smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide and working telephone. LPA observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced.
There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Per licensee there are no bodies of water on the premises.
