25 | On 6/29/26, at 9:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Katrdzhyan conducted an Unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with the Licensee, Ruzanna Yesayan, who assisted with the inspection. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and provided the Entrance Checklist – Family Child Care Homes to the Licensee. The adults residing in the home were discussed, and all have received criminal record clearances. There were three (3) children present at the time of today's inspection. The Licensee stated that there are currently six (6) children enrolled. The children's roster was reviewed and found to be current. Per Licensee, the facility’s hours of operation are Monday - Sunday, from 7AM - 11PM. Emergency Disaster Plan, License, and Parents’ Rights were posted at the time of inspection. Disaster drill log was also available during today’s inspection and the last disaster drill was conducted on 5/1/2026.
This is a single story home consisting of a living room (main daycare room), two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a detached converted garage, a laundry room (located inside the converted garage), a front patio, a front yard, a side yard, and a backyard. The detached converted garage functions as an independent living space however, it shares the backyard, which serves as the children's outdoor play area. According to the Licensee, the guest house is occupied by the Licensee's son, daughter-in-law, and grandchild. The Licensee stated that the adult occupants have obtained criminal record clearances. LPA verified this information to be true.
According to the licensee, parents drop off and pick up their children at the main entrance, which leads into the living room. Areas accessible to children include the living room, bedrooms 1 and 2, the bathroom, the front patio, the side yard, and the backyard. The home does not have a fireplace. Per the Licensee, the following areas are designated as off-limits to children: the front yard and the detached converted garage. These areas are made inaccessible through the use of child safety gates and childproof doorknobs/locks.
