25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 6/13/24 have been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Lead Teacher, Elizabeth Cruz, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. There were 27 children and 3 staff present during this inspection. The following was observed:
· LPA observed Terro Spider Killer in a file cabinet in the office, locked with a key lock
· LPA observed there is no medication currently at the facility. Director gave medication back to parents and no new medication has been provided to the facility.
LPA advised the lead teacher how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Lead Teacher, Elizabeth Cruz. LPA also issued POC clearance letter during the visit.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Lead Teacher, Elizabeth Cruz.
