| Facility will provide AM and PM snacks and parents will provide lunch for their child. Per Director, facility will obtain a water cooler with disposable cups for each classroom. No transportation is being conducted by the facility.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information, see Evaluator Manual- Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. The following corrections will need to be made prior to submitting application for final approval. Correction will be due by 12/31/2021.
· Applicant will need install a fencing to enclose the designated outdoor activity play area.
· Applicant will need to install a canopy to provide additional shade around the outdoor play structure.
· Applicant will need to remove sticky plant from the outdoor areas designated for the children.
