25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mireya Garcia conducted an unannounced case management inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 03/07/2023 have been cleared. LPA met with Kimberly Gentle, Assistant Director who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 30 children present during LPA's arrival. The following has been observed:
- LPA observed classroom sink faucets were replaced and are in operable condition in the Rose, Peach and Coral classrooms.
- LPA conducted records review of the all staff sign in sheet and agenda for training conducted on March 16, 2023 on Supervision and Sanitizing Solution: Hypochlorous Acid; Review product information, instructions and procedure and expectations.
LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and issued POC clearance letters during the visit to the Assistant Director.
In addition, during a walkthrough of the facility on 03/07/2023, LPA Garcia observed a deficiency in the Rose classroom, the children’s feeding area was near the diapering changing area. LPA Garcia provided technical assistance regarding Title 22 regulations section 101439 Infant Care Center Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies to the Director Allesandra Pinedo during LPA’s visit on 03/07/2023. During today’s inspection LPA observed in the Rose classroom that the feeding area has been relocated to an area that is away from the diapering changing area. LPA Garcia issued a Technical Violation for the observation observed on 03/07/2023 on this date.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
