Licensing Program Analyst conducted a subsequent complaint visit to deliver findings on the above- mentioned allegation. LPA met with facility staff Jessica Chavez and stated the purpose of the visit.
On 6/28/2022, an Initial 10-Day Visit was made and interviewed a facility representative. On 7/15/2022, LPA conducted a subsequent inspection and toured the facility, interviewed 4 staff and 5 children. LPA obtained pertinent documents. LPA also interviewed 4 parents over the phone and subject child in person. LPA contacted law enforcement and obtained police reports.

Various interviews have revealed that there were no witnesses nor documents to corroborate that staff hit a daycare child. Parents interviewed are happy with care provided and have no concerns. Children interviewed stated that they like school and their teachers. Children made no disclosures about children being hit while in care at the facility.
