25 | At 11:00 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced required 1-year inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Isabel Torres, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 6 children currently enrolled. There were three children and Licensee’s Assistant present upon arrival. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 1 adult and 3 children currently live in the home. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a two story home. The first floor consists of kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom/laundry room, and front patio. The second story consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Per licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include the first-floor laundry room which is inside the downstairs bathroom and is made inaccessible by a baby gate, and the entire upstairs which consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The children currently have access to kitchen, dining room, living room, one bathroom, and front patio which is fenced.
