25 | Annual Inspection was conducted in Armenian.
On 02/07/2025 , at 08:30 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shushanik Safaryan conducted an annual random inspection to the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by the licensee`s assistant Ida Hakobyan , to whom the reason of the visit explained . Per assistant Ida Hakobyan , licensee is not available due to the emergency. Licensee`s assistant Kristine Khachatryan came in later . LPA observed 3 children playing in the living room , more children came in later. Total 7 children observed during the inspection. At 09:00 am , Licensee’s assistant Ida Hakobyan guided LPA to the tour of the facility. Per assistants , there are 12 children currently enrolled. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations. During this inspection individuals who reside in the home were discussed and notes on Confidential Name List (LIC811) and attached to this report.
This is a one-story home located on the first level. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, garage, storage attached to garage, front yard, and backyard (fenced). Per licensee the children use the Master bedroom, bathroom in the master bedroom, living room, dining room (day care classrooms), two bedrooms as nap areas, kitchen, and backyard (fenced).
Per licensee areas off limits to children and parents include: One bathroom and bedroom adjacent to the kitchen, front yard, storage in the backyard, and garage. Per licensee, parents enter the home through the main entrance door which leads to the living room. Per licensee, children only walk through the kitchen and laundry room to go to the backyard.
During this visit, all areas identified that are accessible for children to use were inspected for the safety, comfort, and cleanliness. Tour was provided starting from the main entrance , where LPA observed all the required postings in the hallway . Next LPA toured the living room and dining room where LPA observed children tables , chairs , toys .
