25 | CASE-MANAGEMENT INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced case- management inspection to the above facility on 12/29/25 due to licensee is requesting capacity increase. LPA arrived at the facility at 12:00 PM and met with licensee, Karine Karapetyan who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, facility operation hours are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and provides care to children 0-14 years old.
Fire clearance for large family child care home was granted on 12/02/25.
This is a one-story home located on the first level. The home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 restroom, living room, kitchen, front yard, detached converted garage which consists of a room and one bathroom, studio attached to the garage, and backyard (fenced). Per licensee, parents enter the facility through the main entrance which leads to the living room.
Per licensee the children use the bathroom in the hallway, living room, one bedroom, kitchen, and front part of back yard (fenced). Per licensee areas off limits to children and parents include: One- bedroom, front yard, detached converted garage, bathroom inside the garage, studio in the backyard, and back of backyard. LPA did not observe any stairs in the home during this inspection. During this inspection individuals who reside in the home were discussed and notes on Confidential Name List (LIC811) and attached to this report.
All areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible for children to use were inspected for safety, comfort, and cleanliness. At 12:05 p.m., Licensee took this LPA on a tour of the home starting with the entry way which led directly to the living room. The living room was inspected, and electrical outlets were
