On October 18, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted a Prelicensing Inspection. A COVID-19 risk assessment was conducted prior to entering the facility. LPA met with applicant, Yeny Martinez who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Also residing in the home are applicants 2 minor children. This is a one story home with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, fenced in side yard and fenced in front yard. Days and hours of operation will be Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm.
Main care is provided: Living room, bedroom, bathroom and front yard.
Off limit areas: Kitchen and fenced in side yard
Per Applicant, there are no weapons or firearms on the premise. LPA did not observe any in the home. There are age appropriate toys (blocks, legos and books). Age appropriate napping equipment (mats, playpens/cribs).
The required fire extinguisher (2A10BC) and smoke detector are in operable condition. The home has a Carbon Monoxide detector. Home has a split A/C and heater. CPR/First Aid expire 01/23/2024. The First Aid kit was observed and is complete. Fire clearance was granted on 10/12/2022.
