25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kamile Martin conducted an unannounced annual inspection to the above facility. A risk assessment was conducted upon entry. LPA met with Licensee Elizabeth Gonzalez who led LPA on a tour of the facility. There are currently 12 children enrolled. A current children’s roster was available for review. There was 2(licensee and Spouse) adults and 5 children present upon arrival. Facility capacity is in compliance for a Large Family Child Care Home. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm. Licensee provides meals Breakfast Lunch Snack and Dinner, and is on the food program.
This is a one story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, , family den (child care area), front yard, sideyard , and pool. Currently residing in the home is 3 adults and 1 minor child. All adults present in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance or exemption prior to working, residing or volunteering in the licensed child care home. There is currently one pet dog on the facility and stays in the off limits area while facility is open and operating.
All areas on limits and off limits were inspected during today’s visit. Areas accessible to children as follows: Front yard , 1 bathroom, Dining room , family den (child care area) and sideyard.
Per licensee, areas off limits to children and parents are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and ,Pool area . Per Licensee, there are no weapons or fire arms on the property. Bodies of water were observed a swimming pool and are incompliance with pool regulation bill AB2866.
