Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Martinez Garza conducted an unannounced Case Management- Licensee initiated inspection at the above facility on 07/26/24 at 09:40 a.m. LPA met with Owner/Director Sue Athwal who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Census was taken.

The facility has requested to remove the toddler classroom #2 to convert it into a preschool classroom. The facility is requesting to keep the overall capacity of 48 children; however, they will now be licensed for (36) preschoolers and (12) toddlers. Prior to this request, the facility was licensed as follows: class #1 toddler class, class #2 toddler class, class #3 preschool class, and class #4 preschool class. The changes will reflect as follows: class #1 toddler class, class #2 preschool class, class #3 preschool class, and class #4 preschool class. LPA has requested a new fire clearance to reflect the changes to (36) preschoolers and (12) toddlers.

At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no deficiencies being issued today.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
