25 | PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN
Licensing Program Analyst Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to the above facility on 08/16/24 to ensure Type A deficiencies cited on 08/06/24 have been cleared. LPA arrived at the facility at 1:40 PM. Upon LPA’s arrival to the facility licensee was not present in the home. LPA met with Anahit Zakharyan, licensee’s assistant who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Also, during this inspection Anna Margaryan, licensee’s assistant was present in the home. LPA observed 12 children were present in the home. LPA observed three children were napping in one bedroom adjacent to the entrance door and 9 children were playing in the living room. At 1:50 PM, licensee arrived to the facility who stated she stepped out to go to the school district for her children.
The following has been observed:
- Staff ratio and capacity has been met. During this inspection, there were 12 children in care with two licensee's assistant.
- All adults present in the home have criminal record clearance in Licensing Information System.
Acknowledgement forms were observed for all children in care.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Lilit Hakobyan, Licensee, and issued POC clearance letter.
