25 | ANNUAL and CASE MANAGEMENT INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced annual- random and case- management licensee- initiated inspection to the above facility on 05/13/24 due to licensees are requesting capacity increase. LPA arrived at the facility at 11:40 AM and met with Asmik Margarian and Alvard Margaryan, Licensees. Asmik Margarian, licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. A COVID 19 risk assessment was conducted prior to entering the facility. Per licensees, facility hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. LPA provided a copy of Entrance Checklist—Family Child Care Home (LIC126) to licensee.
Fire Clearance for Large Family Child Care was granted on 05/01/24.
All areas identified on the facility sketch were inspected. This is a one story home located on the first level. The home consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, living room (main daycare area), kitchen, laundry room, front yard and backyard (fenced). Per licensees the children use the bathroom in the living room, living room (main day care area), kitchen, one bedroom and backyard (fenced). Per licensees areas off limits to children and parents include: One bedroom, bathroom in the hallway, laundry room, and front yard. LPA did not observe any stairs in the home during this inspection. Per licensees, parents enter the home through the main entrance which leads to the living room. LPA did not observe any stairs in the home during this inspection. During this inspection individuals who reside in the home were discussed and notes on Confidential Name List (LIC811) and attached to this report.
At 11:55 am, the licensee began touring LPA’s through the home starting with the entry way which lead directly to the living room (main daycare area).The living room was inspected and electrical outlets were observed to be covered.
