25 | PLAN OF CORRECTION INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to the above facility on 05/13/24 to ensure Type A and B deficiencies cited on 05/08/24 have been cleared. LPA arrived at 2:05 PM and met with Nona Mkrtchayn, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection Satenik Martirosyan, licensee’s assistant was present in the home. LPA observed six children were present in the home, napping in the living room with licensee and her assistant.
The following was observed during this inspection:
- Staff ratio and capacity has been met. During this inspection, there were 6 children in care.
- Current roster of children was provided.
- LPA was provided proof of completion of preventive health practices including pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid training for licensee’s assistant, Satenik Martirosyan, expires: 06/2025.
- Licensee conducted Fire drill on 05/09/24 as read by LPA from fire drill log
Acknowledgement forms were observed for all children in care.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Therefore, there are no citations being issued today from the areas that were inspected today.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Licensee, Nona Mkrtchyan and issued POC clearance letter.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Nona Mkrtchyan. |
