The "G" sink water source located in the kitchen had a lead result of 5.600. During the visit, the Director Allison stated that the sink water source in the kitchen was tested on July 27,2023. Once Director received results Director immediately ceased the use of that sink. Director stated that water source was covered it with a purple bag and a notice was posted indicating "Do Not Touch" and water was capped off. During that time of the initial LEAD testing the facility was not operating and there were no children in care.
