25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the deficiencies cited on 2/25/25 have been cleared. LPA met with Licensee, Karla German, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 5 children present during this inspection. The following was observed:
· LPA observed signed LIC 9224 forms for each child present during the visit.
· LPA observed the facility to be in ratio during the visit.
· LPA observed a current roster for the facility.
· LPA observed sleep logs for the 3 infants in care.
· LPA observed an LIC 9227 for the infant under one year of age.
· LPA observed immunizations for all children.
· LPA observed the cribs to be free of items other than a tight-fitting sheet.
· LPA observed the water fountain has been removed.
LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPA cleared the deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Licensee, Karla German. LPA also issued POC clearance letters to Licensee during the visit.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
