25 | Case- MANAGEMENT INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN
On 06/30/26, at 8:10 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced case- management inspection to the above facility to review and discuss with the licensee the following Title 22 Regulations to ensure licensee will maintain compliance and meet the Title 22 regulations at all times. LPA met with licensee, Tamar Shahverdyan who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this inspection 0 children were present in the home. Per licensee, she is affiliated with Pacific Clinic Head Start Program.
This is a one story home located on the home level. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, garage, and an attached backhouse which consists of a room, kitchen and bathroom, front yard and backyard (fenced). Per licensee parents enter the home through main entrance which leads to the living room and side gate which leads to the backyard (fenced).
Per licensee the children use the living room, one bedroom adjacent to the living room, bathroom in the bedroom, and backyard (fenced). Per licensee areas off limits to children and parents include: Dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom in the hallway, garage, attached back house and front yard. LPA did not observe any stairs in the home during this inspection. During this inspection individuals who reside in the home were discussed and notes on Confidential Name List (LIC811) and attached to this report.
Licensee’s son, Tigran Nadimyan applied for a Family Child Care Home license next door located at 1800 Flower Street, Glendale, CA 91201 with facility number 198022137.
