25 | On 03/30/2026 at 9:15AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariah Aguirre conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by licensee, Narine Galstyan who guided LPA on a tour of the home. LPA did not observe any children in care. Per licensee there are 11 school age children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 11:00PM. Three adults live in the home.
This is a single-story house consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, detached laundry room, dining area, living room, kitchen, garage, unfenced front yard, and fenced back yard.
Per Licensee, areas off limits to children include 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, garage, front yard, kitchen, and laundry room. Children have access to the living room, dining area (converted into a play area for children), one bathroom and one bedroom.
All areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible to children were inspected for safety, comfort, and cleanliness. Home is well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks to children in care. Per licensee, they are not a part of a food program.
LPA observed all cleaning products to be kept in the laundry room detached from the remainder of the home, that per licensee always remains locked and is inaccessible to children in care. Per licensee, there are no poisons in the home. LPA observed the knives kept in a locked kitchen cabinet that is inaccessible to children in care.
