25 | On Friday November 21, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joanne Solorio-Campos conducted a case management - licensee initiated inspection at the above facility. The home is currently licensed for 8 children and a request for a capacity of 14 children was received. All areas identified in the facility sketch were toured. There were 0 children present during this inspection. Licensee states she has 2 children enrolled. Operation hours are Monday - Friday from 06:00am – 05:30pm.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, front yard (fenced), side yard (fenced), back yard/house (fenced). Per licensee, family members residing in the home are 3 adults and 2 minors.
• Day care areas: living room, family room, dining room, 1 bathroom, and backyard.
• Off limit areas: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, side yard, and front yard/house.
The home maintains telephone service via a cell phone and remains in the facility during operation hours. LPA observed ventilation and heating.
Detergents, cleaning compounds, medications, and other items which could pose a danger to children were observed to be inaccessible to children. Per licensee, there are no poisons in the home and understand that storage areas for poisons must be locked with a key or combination lock. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were tested and are operable. The valve on the required 2A 10BC fire extinguisher indicates fully charged and was serviced on 06/02/25.
