On August 3, 2022 at 12:35 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jeanette Estrada and Monique Ayala conducted an announced inspection at the facility noted above and met with Director, Bridgette Robinson. LPAs were at the facility to conduct a scheduled Prelicensing inspection for a pending preschool facility (198400525) located at the same address. During the visit, LPAs were informed by the Director that the school-age program has been closed since July 29, 2022. At the time of the visit, no children were present. The Director submitted a closure notice to LPA Estrada and surrendered the license for the school-age program.
