13 | On 5/13/2025 at 9:35 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Claudia Kam conducted an Unannounced Complaint Inspection for the purpose of delivering findings for the above allegations. LPA announced purpose of inspection and was allowed entry to facility by licensee Isabel Mundy, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 5 children present with 1 staff and licensee upon arrival.
During the investigation LPA obtained a copy of the facility roster, a copy of the employee roster and reviewed staff files and conducted interviews with parents, children and staff.
Based on the LPA’s observations, interviews, and record review it was found that there is supervision at the facility. Parent interviews did not confirm allegations, parents reported satisfaction with the daycare and no concerns, LPA observed sufficient staff, with licensee and assistant present and 10 children enrolled, all areas of care are open concept allowing for observation of children from different areas and angles.
