13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) R. Derraco conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to the above mentioned facility on 09/30/25 at 9:30 AM. LPA was met by licensee, Erindera Doherty, who guided analyst on a tour of the home. LPA observed 9 children in care, 2 of which were infants. There were two assistants helping with the children in care. Adults who reside in the home were noted and discussed. All adults in the home were observed to have criminal background clearance and associated to the facility. The home was observed to be clean and free of defects.
The purpose of this visit is to deliver findings to the above mentioned allegations. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed records, and made observations. Individuals interviewed understand and practice safe sleep protocols when handling infants. Infant sleep charts were observed to be updated and complete and cribs infants use to sleep in were observed to be in compliance with title 22 regulations. Bed sheets in each crib were observed to be clean. Individuals interviewed state that spare sheets are available for the cribs if and when they become soiled.
