Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Susann Sanchez and Joshua Ortega conducted an unannounced complaint inspection. LPAs met with for the purpose of delivering the findings for the above allegation. LPAs observed 5 children and 1 toddler in care with 1staff. LPAs also conducted a case manaegment inspection on license number 198400297 to address the preschoolers in the toddler room.

This investigation was conducted by LPA Jeanette Estrada. During the investigation, LPA J. Estrada conducted interviews and reviewed pertinent documents. Preschool staff interviewed stated they supervise children when they use the restroom, and they supervise children in the classroom. Interviews with staff did not reveal any witnesses of inappropriate behavior. Staff stated they have not witnessed any type of inappropriate behavior between Child 1 and Child 2. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
