32 | backyard for outdoor play due to the weather and the wetness of the yard, The outdoor play area was observed to be fenced. Per Licensee the front yard will also be used on occasions. The front yard was observed to be not fenced. Licensee understands that when children are in the front yard they need to be 100% supervised at all times. LPA observed that the outdoor yard has toys and other materials for children to play with. LPA observed a space in the brick wall near the back gate, that may allow child access to the neighboring house. LPA also observe that the wood gate toward the back of the yard has splintered wood and wood slats that are out of place. Licensee was also reminded that standing water from rain should be inaccessible when not supervised. Per Licensee children will not use the backyard until hazards are fixed. There are no pools or spas, or other bodies of water.
