An air conditioning / heating unit was observed to be mounted to a window and is inaccessible to children in care. A parent board with all required postings was observed in the main care area. Bedroom 2 was observed with two cribs, a baby changing station and sleeping cots. Custom wooden gates mounted to the doorway were observed at the entrance of the kitchen and the hallway. Another custom gate was observed to separate the off-limits kitchen from the dining area. LPA observed child sized tables and chairs in the dining area. Per licensee, food is provided to children in care. Licensees
