On Friday, March 4, 2022 at 12:40 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mayra Rivera conducted a pre licensing inspection and met with Administrator Elma Reynolds. The purpose of the pre licensing inspection was to test the water temperature and diapering station. LPA observed the diapering station meeting the hand distance. The water in the infant room sink does not provide hot water. LPA tested the kitchen sink hot water and observed the temperature of the water to be at 100 degrees.

For ill/isolation infants will be utilizing the directors office and utilize the staff restroom. A mat will be provided for changing diapers in the staff restroom.

Once licensed, the applicant is required to adhere to the terms and limitations stated on the license.
