13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) R. Derraco conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to the above mentioned facility on 03/18/26 at 1:00 PM. LPA was met by director, Shirley Jones, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 5 infants and 2 staff members caring for the infants. The facility was observed to be clean and free of defects.
The purpose of this visit is to deliver findings to the above mentioned allegations. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed records and made observations. LPA observed the facility to be operating within the capacity limits stated on the license. Diapering is handled by a qualified infant teacher or assistant. A dry erase board is used in the infant center to individually log times of each diaper change and the name of the infant. The information is later entered onto the Brightwheel application for authorized representaives and staff members. Indiviudal sleep logs were also observed to be updated with current dates, times, and initials of individual performing the observation. During previous visits, LPA observed a qualified staff member in the infant center caring for infants. Additional information was |
