The outdoor play area was observed to have age appropriate toys and materials, synthetic grass turf, and a white picket fence leading to an off limits patio area that is currently under construction. A second door was observed next to the off limits garage dwelling that leads to a sun room. Per licensee, the sun room will be used by tenants of the off limits garage dwelling. A third door was observed to lead into an off limits garage storage area for the applicant. A wooden gate was observed to lead to an additional play area.
