25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Derraco conducted a scheduled case management visit to obtain facility photographs and discuss plans for tenants. LPA met with applicant Hernan Castro at the above address who provided a tour of the facility. LPA did not observe any children in care.
The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a detached garage converted into a 2 bedroom dwelling, and a sun room attached to the garage dwelling. LPA observed 8 security cameras throughout the inside and outside of the home.
The main care area is located in the home and consists of a kitchen, living room, one bedroom, one bathroom and an outdoor play area in the back yard. The second bedroom is the the master bedroom and is off-limits. LPA observed an off-limits dwelling attached to the home. A single entrance was observed to lead into the off-limits attached dwelling area from the back yard play area. LPA observed a bedroom, living room and kitchen in the off limits attached dwelling area. A gas range was observed in the kitchen of the off limits attached dwelling area. LPA observed a second off limits dwelling area located in the off limits detached garage. LPA observed two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining table in the off limits detached garage dwelling. A gas range was also observed in kitchen of the off limits garage dwelling. One door was observed to lead into the off limits garage dwelling area from the back yard play area. The outdoor play area was observed to have age appropriate toys and materials, synthetic grass turf, and a white picket fence leading to an off limits patio area that is currently under construction. A second door was observed next to the off limits garage dwelling that leads to a sun room. Per licensee, the sun room will be used by tenants of the off limits garage dwelling. A third door was observed to lead into an off limits garage storage area for the applicant. A wooden gate was observed to lead to an additional play area. An iron wrought drive way gate was observed to separate the driveway from the out door play area. Per licensee, tenants will only enter through the iron wrought drive way gate to enter each of their respective dwellings. |
