25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Derraco conducted an unannounced case management inspection to the above mentioned address on 05/12/23 at 2:05 PM. LPA met with assistant, Ismary Aguilar Rivas, who guided LPA on a tour of the home. LPA did not observe any additional adults in the home. There were 2 napping children present upon arrival. LPA observed licensee arriving at the facility at 3:20PM. Individuals residing in the home have been noted and discussed. The licensee is requesting a capacity increase to his family childcare home license. Per licensee, operation hours will be Sunday through Saturday, 23 hours a day. Required postings (facility license, disaster plan, parents rights poster) was observed on the wall near the entrance to the main care area. A monitor showing the available security cameras throughout the home was also observed in the main care area. The bedroom designated for care was observed with two wooden baby cribs, sleeping cots, a wall mounted television, a ceiling fan and additional age appropriate toys. The bathroom designated for children to use was observed to be sanitary with an operable sink, toilet, and faucet. The outdoor play area is located in the backyard and was observed with perimeter fencing. Additional toys, outdoor play equipment and various sporting balls were also observed in the backyard.
