Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) R. Derraco and P. Bishop conducted an unannounced case management visit to the above mentioned facility on 09/13/24. LPAs arrived at the facility at 9:00 AM and was met by Director Claudia Ceballos, who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. LPAs observed 6 adults supervising infants, and 14 infants in care. The physical plant of the center was observed to be in compliance with California Code of Regulation Title 22.

The purpose of this visit is to amend a complaint report dated 08/29/24. During the visit, LPAs conducted interviews, reviewed records and made observations.
