25 | On June 17, 2025, at 10:35 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap conducted an unannounced annual inspection of the facility. Licensee- Latasha Trammell granted entry after LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of her visit. At the time of inspection, 13 children were enrolled, with 0 children present. The facility operates Monday- Sunday, from 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM. All adults in the home were discussed and background and fingerprinted cleared.
The License, Earthquake Disaster Checklist (LIC9148), Disaster Plan (LIC610A), and PUB 394 (Parent's Rights) were all observed to be posted. The Licensee maintains a current LIC 9040 (facility roster). The most recent disaster drill was conducted on January 25, 2025, and documented in the disaster drill log.
This is a two-story home consisting of one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and fenced front yard.
Main care areas include the living room, dining room, and bedroom.
Off-limit area includes the kitchen area.
Living Room (Main Care Area): This area is equipped has hardwood floors with an area rug with a mounted TV, dramatic play items, books, manipulative items, arcade games, playhouse, large play pen for play, age-appropriate toys, and age-appropriate tables and chairs. Nap time is provided, cots are stored in this area. LPA Dunlap observed all furnishings, equipment, and materials were in good condition.
