Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) R. Derraco and A. Padilla conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to the above mentioned facility on 05/10/24. LPAs conducted the inspection at 11:00 AM with Director Charlotte Giles, who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. LPAs observed 37 children in care and 6 adult teachers caring for the children. The facility was observed to be clean and free of defects.

The purpose of this inspection is to deliver complaint findings to the above allegation. Individuals interviewed state that Director had an itense discussion with a separate individual outside of the campus. Individuals interviewed state that there were no children in close proximity of the discussion to hear what happened. Individuals also state that they do no have any concerns with any staff members or how staff members treat children while in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated
