13 | On 09/25/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jonnisha Culbert conducted an unannounced complaint visit to deliver findings. LPA met with Licensee, Charlotte Giles and stated the purpose of today's visit. Licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Licensee, 6 staff and 28 children were present during visit.
The investigation of the allegation that Staff did not ensure that a child's diapering needs were met consisted of LPA reviewing pertinent information and conducting interviews with staff, children, and parents. Interviews with staff revealed a consistent diapering schedule. Information obtained from staff and parents corroborated the fact that staff conduct regular diaper checks and change them when diapers are noticeable soiled. LPA was unable to find that the allegation that staff did not ensure that a child’s diapering needs were met. Therefore, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met.
