Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) R. Derraco conducted an unannounced case management visit to the above mentioned facility on 05/01/24. LPA arrived at the parking lot of the facility at 11:50 and was met by Director Charlotte Giles. Upon entry to the campus, LPA was greeted by co-director, Ilse Morales who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 6 adults supervising children and 35 children in care. The facility was observed to be clean and free of defects.

The purpose of this visit is to obtain signatures for an informal visit that was conducted virtually on 04/29/24.

Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
