On 3/20/25 LPA Claudia Kam at 2:10 pm conducted a case management visit at the above facility for the purpose of obtaining a signature for informal meeting held on 12/10/2024. Upon arrival, LPA met with Lucy Limas, Site Supervisor and provided LPA a tour of the facility. LPA observed proper care and supervision.

On 12/10/24 at 1:00 PM an informal meeting was held via Microsoft Teams to discuss the requirements for center and family childcare home due to licensee is the owner of Sunflower Sprouts and licensee to Ceja FCC.

During meeting, LPM Denise Gibbs informed licensee that the following are needed:

-Licensee was informed that a new LIC 500 employee roster is needed by 12/20/24.

-Licensee was asked to submit director packet for new supervisor at the center once it is available as staff is pending transcripts.

-Licensee was advised to have files for staff that will work at both the FCC and the Center to have files for each location

-Licensee was advised that for children who attend both the FCC and the Center to have child files at each location

The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today 3/20/2025.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
