25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted an unannounced Annual Random Inspection on this date. Upon arrival at 2:45 LPA met with Regika Lennear, informed of the purpose of inspection and provided form LIC 126, Inspection Entrance Checklist. The licensee provided tour of facility. LPA inspected rooms/areas on the facility sketch in which child-care services are provided and to which children have access. All adults present have obtained the required background clearance and are associated to the facility. Individuals residing in the home were discussed and noted.
This is a one -story home that consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen, laundry room, detached garage and storage shed. There is a front yard, large split backyard with gated fence.
Areas off limits to children and parents: Four bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, backyard, detached garage and storage shed.
Areas accessible to children are: Living room, dining room, bathroom, gated driveway in front of garage (used for outdoor play area).
All areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible for children to use were inspected for safety, comfort, and cleanliness. The following was observed and reviewed during this inspection:
Licensee was reminded to post the required posted documentation in a location visible to parent/guardians of children in care, Parent Rights PUB . LPA reviewed Children’s Roster form LIC 9040 and Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610A)
