25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted an announced Case Management inspection to the above facility. The licensee has applied for an increase in capacity to Large Family Child Care license (up to 14 children). A fire clearance was granted on 02/19/26. LPA met with Licensee, Denise Oseguera, informed of the purpose of inspection. The Licensee provided tour of facility. LPA inspected rooms/areas on the facility sketch in which child-care services are provided and to which children have access. Per licensee the current hours of care provided are Monday - Friday 6am-6pm. There were 5 children present (1 infant, 3 - two year olds, and 1 five year old. Also present were Staff 1, Staff 2, and Adult 1 (ABA therapist). All adults present and providing care for children have obtained the required background clearance. Individuals residing in the home were discussed and noted.
The home consists of two bedrooms, den, one bathroom, kitchen, living, detached garage w/laundry, and backyard (yard is separated into 2 areas).
Per licensee and facility sketch, the areas used by children include: Den (main daycare area), kitchen, bedroom 1 and 2 (in hallway), living room, bathroom, and backyard section closest to the home.
Off limit areas: Attached garage (accessible through door in kitchen - observed locked), fenced off portion in backyard, storage sheds in the backyard.
LPA reviewed files for licensee and qualified assistant and provided list of requirements. LPA observed that the home was clean and free of hazards. The required posting were observed at the entrance to the home. The 2A 10BC fire extinguisher is mounted by the kitchen with purchase receipt of 10/12/25.
Exit routes were labeled and a pull alarm was observed in the living room.
