13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), T. Tran conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering the findings for the above complaint allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with Site Supervisor, Lisa David.
During today's visit, LPA conducted interviews with staff. Based upon the evidence obtained through record reviews, interviews with parents, staff, and children. The evidence does not support, nor disprove neglected care and supervision allegations happened at school. Records reveal multiple minor incidents occurred with C1 while in school and parent/guardian have been notified. Staff contend that there was no lack of care and that supervision was provided. C1 had always was well taken care of and clean. All center staff came to work in healthy conditions. All the interviewed parents are happy with the care and supervision they receive from the staff. Therefore, the allegation has been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
No deficiency was cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Lisa David.
