On July 6, 2026 at 12:15 a.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Peter Bishop conducted an unannounced Complaint inspection at the above facility. LPA met with Director - Julie Williams and observed 10 children in the preschool class and there were 2 infants present at the time of this visit.

LPA Bishop observed the classroom board and spoke with the Director and Staff regarding following the infant changing protocol’s that are in place. LPA Bishop observed the Brightwheel App and there is a record kept of the diaper changing times for the infants. Director and Staff confirmed that infants are changed every 2 hours and as needed. LPA Bishop further confirmed in the Kinderkid Care Early Education Center Handbook that infants are to be changed every 2 hours and on an as needed basis. No corroborating information was given or observed to indicate that infant care protocols are not being followed.
