13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Angelica Rea conducted a visit in response to the above allegation. On today's visit, LPA met with Assistant Administrator Andrew De Vera, and medication Supervisor, Julias Elias who assisted with today's visit.
Regarding the allegation that staff #1 touched client #1 inappropriately, the investigation consisted of the following: Interview(s) with Assistant Administrator, Staff #1 - Staff 3, and Resident #1- Resident #10.
Staff interviewed denied the allegation. They stated that no resident(s) have brought this allegation to their attention. They said that staff do not touch residents inappropriately. Staff interviewed denied ever witnessing any incidents of staff touching a resident inappropriately.
Residents interviewed were not able to corroborate the allegation. 9 out of 10 residents stated that staff treat them well. They said they have not seen any staff touch resident(s) inappropriately. They said that they also have not heard about anything like this occurring at the facility. |
