32 | the problem. Due to the cost for repair with the certified RayPak, they have decided to purchase a new unit and is developing a plan with the licensee. During the visit today, LPA measured the hot water temperature in random rooms in Building A and Building B as well as the facility kitchen sink. The 3 rooms in Building A and the sink in the facility kitchen did not have hot water. The 6 rooms in Building B have access to hot water though. Staff interviewed are aware that Building A rooms do not have hot water and are currently providing an unoccupied room for clients to shower. LPA interviewed some clients who reside in Side A, stated they do not have hot water in their bathrooms.
Based on LPA observation and interviews conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore, the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, (Title 22, Division 6 and Chapter 1), are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.
An exit interview was conducted. The Plan of Corrections were reviewed and developed with the Administrator via telephone. A copy of this report and appeal rights were given to Christina Vasquez. |
