25 | On 2/10/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bernadette Allen conducted an unannounced visit to conduct a annual inspection visit. LPA met with Keisha Brown- Administrator and she was informed of the purpose of today’s visit.
The facility is licensed to care for four (4) non-ambulatory) adults ages 18 through 59.
The facility is a single family home located in a residential neighborhood. The property consists of the following: 3 client bedrooms, 2 common bathrooms, staff office, living room, kitchen, dining room.
Currently, the home has three (3) clients. The clients are South Central Los Angeles Regional Center clients.
LPA reviewed three (3) staff files for First Aid/CPR certification, criminal record clearance, trainings, and health screenings, which appeared to be current and three (3) clients files for admission agreements, updated physician reports, needs and services plan which appeared to be up to current.
Residents bedrooms have the required furniture and bedding supplies which appeared to be in good condition and adequate lighting is provided,and there is storage space for client’s personal belongings. LPA also observed additional bed linens, comforters, and bath towels which were adequately stocked at the time of visit.
Bathrooms were found to be in good repair and working properly. Shower was free of mold/mildew, there is adequate lighting, and sufficient toiletries accessible to clients. The water temperature measured at 108.3F.
