25 | On 2/22/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Stephanie Vega-Gonzalez conducted a Plan of Correction inspection and was met by licensee, Maribel Ramirez Rosas. Also present were licensee’s one adult daughter who are also licensee’s assistant. Licensee is Spanish Speaking and LPA assisted with interpretation.
The reason for the inspection is due to the deficiency given on 02/22/2024 regarding the built-in pool fence. On 2/22/2024 LPA opened fence gate five times and 2 out 5 times fence gate self latched. LPA opened fence gate halfway and door did not self-latch. LPA opened fence gate 5 inches and fence did not self-latch. LPA also observed that the surrounding fence had various debris from wood, latter, white door, trash can, and potted plant.
On today's date LPA observed that fence gate self close and self latched. LPA also observed that licensee had removed all debris surrounding the pool fence. The built in pool in the backyard is fenced and made inaccessible. The pool gate is self-latching, self-closing and opens away from the swimming pool. No windows or doors have direct access to the pool area.
On today's date LPA cleared the plan of corrections for regulation 102417(g)(5)(A). LPA printed a copy of Letter of Deficiency Citation Cleared and provided it to Licensee.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
