25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fernandes-Goes conducted a virtual case management regarding incident Report and SOC 341 for resident at the facility due to COVID-19. Incident occurred on 2/22/2021. LPA spoke with Maria Del Rosario Administrator for Assisted Living (AL). Case management is being conducted to gather more information regarding incident.
According to incident report, it occurred on 2/22/2021 and it was reported to facility by resident. Resident in AL reported that staff was "pushy and mandatory" when providing care. Staff is no longer working with this resident and has been suspended until further investigation is completed by facility HR. (see LIC 812)
Department is requesting documentation on investigation that has been conducted at this time to be submitted by March 26, 2021.
