On 6/12/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joseph Pacheco conducted an announced case management inspection and met with Director, Heather Webster. LPA reviewed the reason of the inspection, and a tour of the center was conducted both inside and outside. Facility currently has a provisional license for 4 infant children, 14 preschool children and 8 school age children.

During today's inspection, LPA verified the following items have been corrected:

Inside Daycare:

3) Heater, air purifier, and cots need to be removed from the school age room.
4) Additional cubbies are needed in preschool area and school age area and should be anchored if they touch the floor.
5) Sliding closet door in hallway has a hole and requires repair and should be off limits to children.

Outside Daycare:
1) Make the fence along the perimeter and that separates each component at least four feet high to meet required regulations.
2) Make the areas underneath the deck outside the kitchen and outside the school age classroom inaccessible.
3) The awning on the entry way of the property has chipping paint and needs to be repaired and painted.
