Interviews with staff did not corroborate the allegation of staff using inappropriate forms of punishment, with S1, S2, S4, S5, S7, and S8 stating that the laundry room is used as a room for timeouts but the children are always under staff supervision and all staff stating that when children have accidents, they change into spare clothes that are provided from home and if they run out, the facility has spare clothes that they can borrow. S1, and S4 stated that there have been incidents where children have had to wait for a change of clothes because there weren't any more clothes from home and the facility didn't have any more spare clothes ready but did eventually get clothing to change into. During visits on 5/5/26, 7/16/26, and 7/29/26, LPA observed that the laundry room did not contain anything that would pose a risk to the health and safety of children.

Interviews with staff did not corroborate the allegation of staff inappropriately restraining children with S2 and S6 stating that they've never seen any staff restrain children and S1, S3, and S5 stating that when children are sitting in a chair in timeout, staff will lay their arms over the child's lap to discourage them from leaving but not with any force, only to remind them to stay seated during the timeout.
Interviews with staff did not corroborate the allegation of staff not preventing children from engaging in inappropriate behaviors with S1, S2, S4, S5, S6, and S8 stating that they feel that staff are familiar enough with the children to prevent incidents from occurring between them.
Interviews with staff did not corroborate the allegation of staff forcing a child to use the restroom, with S1, S2, S6, and S7 stating that there was a child who needed help using the toilet and would cry during the process, but was not restrained by any staff and wasn't forced to use the toilet.
Interviews with staff did not corroborate the allegation of staff screaming at a child, with S2, S4, S6, and S8 stating that they weren't aware of any incident where the Licensee or any staff yelled at the child who needed help while toileting, however S1 stated that the Licensee did raise their voice to talk to the child because she was talking over the child's crying.
