On 4/6/23, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Priscilla Zamudio conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Director, Veronica Jasso, toured the facility inside and outside and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was to inspect the playground area which was previously off-limits due to construction. LPA observed the following: the long screws on fence were capped, the hole in chain-link fence was rewired, the climbing/play structure showed an age-appropriate sticker suitable for children ages 2-12 years old, vines were removed, and construction materials were removed. LPA reminded Ms. Jasso to ensure the cracks on the black top does not become a tripping hazard.

Effective today, 4/6/23, the facility may begin using the outdoor play area.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
