On 4/6/23, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Priscilla Zamudio conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. LPA met with Director Veronica Jasso. The purpose today's inspection was to follow up on the Plan of Correction (POC) for the deficiencies issued on 3/3/23 during the unannounced inspection visit.

During today’s inspection, LPA Zamudio observed the toilet in the girls restroom was operational and not leaking. However, additional repairs on the tile and stalls are still pending as the weather did not permit completion. Director Jasso requested an extension of the POC due date. The restrooms will be painted and repaired while they are closed for spring break. The POC extension due date will be 4/17/23.



Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency cited during today's visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
